Working the Edge is about exploring the soft boundaries between what is and what could be.
The edge is fluid—sometimes tender and shifting in the moment, sometimes unfolding slowly over the longer term. It’s not a hard line, but a living space where we can pause, notice, and choose our next steps. Here, comfort meets challenge, and the familiar brushes up against the unknown.
It’s the place where old patterns can loosen their hold, making space for new possibilities to take root. The edge invites us to meet ourselves honestly—whether we’re tending to the small, everyday struggles that quietly wear us down, or exploring the deep-rooted stories that have shaped how we see ourselves and the world. It’s in this place that change can happen if we are supported, understood, and listened to.
A human relationship is at the heart of this philosophy.
A Bit About Me

I’m a relational, BACP-registered integrative counsellor who sees you as the most important person in the room. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative, respectful relationship, grounded in warmth, curiosity, compassion, authenticity, and respect.
My work is based on the belief that growth happens at the edges—where comfort meets challenge and old patterns give way to new possibilities. Drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis approaches, I adapt each session to your unique needs. I also weave in HeartMath techniques—simple, science-based breathing and focus practices—to help calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and create the steady balance needed for deeper reflection and meaningful change.
I warmly welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, sexualities, and cultures into a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the challenges they are currently experiencing. Everyone’s journey is different, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Together we can explore your experiences and find a way forward that feels supportive, personal, and meaningful.
